It was just like boot camp. Maybe thats because he have several performers who went through actual boot camp training. Real ex-military guys!
The typical fuck up, I got my ass kicked by Sargent Jake Deckard and Sargent Ricky Sinz. This civilian wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a real drill sargent and these guys... they gave a great performance. totally convincing! I almost popped wood in my woodland camo.
I'm already sore from endless push-ups, crawling through barbed wire and out of a 10 foot hole. Boot camp training is the best work out... I'll have to look into it when I get home - LOL!
Midday is too hot to film here at the Ranch so cast and crew break at the watering hole.
At dusk I shot my first set of stills with Kent Taylor. OMG! He captured the effect I had in my minds eye. Lighting was genious.
We always have a great time! Unfortunately I have to wait until the movie is released to show you any of those images.
