Ink Blog: Exclusive Interview with Logan McCree

Hey guys... I had the pleasure of getting an interview from Tattooed Hunk and Porn Newbie... Logan McCree.
you'll find he's not your typical porn 'star'... which to me makes him that much more compelling
We'll be seeing him again on the set of my next big feature!

SC:
'Ink Storm' was your porn debut. And I had the pleasure of being your first scene ever! I can say it was easy for me because you were 'yourself' on camera... a total natural.
And you are so fucking sexy! Now, we know before porn you were Mr. German Leather 2004...
—so why did you decide to do porn?

LMC:
When I was German Mr Leather some other Companies asked me to work for them, but i always said "NO" ...I usually don't like porn, the way guys in porn sometimes interact and behave. Last year a friend of mine told me that working with Raging Stallion was fun, that they really take care of their actors... I really needed some money at that time anyway :-) so I asked RS if they'd like to make a movie with me and they said "Yes". It's still a little bit strange for me to do porn, but it feels better than I thought it would :-)

SC:
Was it all you thought it would be?

LMC:
I was afraid, that i'd be ashamed of what I did afterwards, but all the guys on set, including you Steve were so normal, friendly, caring and helpful that my impression was an absolutely positive on. to be honest, I think it was a lot of fun and I enjoyed it.

SC:
You have so many tattoos, you're covered from head to toe. Tell me about a few of your tattoos (maybe 2 or 3 of your favorites) and tell me if they have special meaning to you?

LMC:
All of my tattoos have a special meaning...
I love the wolves on my ass...if i'd be an animal, i'd be a wolf, so this tattoo is something like my connection to nature...most of the other tattoos are angels or wings...

SC:
On set I learned you tattooed your own dick- which I think is so hot. AND DIFFICULT TO DO :-)!
How did you keep your concentration? and why did you decide to do this yourself instead of going to another artist?

LMC:
It was not as difficult as you might think... in the end its just a normal part of your body (just a little bit softer :-)) why should I go to a tattoo artist, if I can do it myself? :-)

SC:
I also learned, like me, you into music... what do you do? what is your favorite type of music?

LMC:
I'm not a musician like you (even though i'd love to be one) but I'm working as a DJ. I play alternative music: postcore, indie, emo, postrock, avantgarde...just NO electronic music... with few exceptions. (SC: I think he means circuit)

SC:
So what is next for Logan McCree? What do you want your new fans to know about you?

LMC:
I'm gonna do 3 new movies in January. One for you (The Steve Cruz movie goes into production early 2008), One for Jake Deckard and one in the desert... it will be a lot of work, but hopefully a lot of fun too...and there's another project, a very important one for me personal, but those are future plans :-)
So...what do I want my "new fans" to know about me? that I'm just a normal guy.

SC:
He goes on the say no one should be a 'fan', but I disagree. Don't treat him like an effected porn star...
but admire him for his human qualities because I will tell you Logan is one of the dearest and most unaffected guys I have met in the business. Love him for that!
